What’s Included in the Program

Complete your 90-hour licensing course through our partner, Rockwell Institute, with ongoing guidance from Vision Properties mentors.
2. COACHING & MINDSET
Join our daily Accountability Coaching Program focused on professionalism, personal growth, and staying on track with your goals.
3. CONTRACT & TRANSACTION TRAINING
Receive hands-on weekly training in contracts, agency agreements, and essential transaction documents to prepare you for real-world deals.
4. INCENTIVES & EXPERIENCE
Qualify for course reimbursement, licensing scholarships, and shadowing opportunities with experienced agents to gain practical, in-the-field experience.
