✔ Buying a home in Washington State
✔ Meet income guidelines based on household size and county
✔ Identify as part of a community impacted by historic housing discrimination
✔ Completion of a WSHFC-approved Homebuyer Education Course

  • Managed by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC).
